As for me, the location was peaceful, near Tokachi, bridge and river and the restaurant for the buffet. I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast food available in the restaurant.

The spacious room here was fantastic, complete with coffee/tea making facilities and a fridge.

The hotel was amazing and excellent with favourable location adjacent to the eastern suburbs, a beautiful serene river and the restaurant for the buffet. The rooms were exceptionally good and mine was fabulous with WiFi connection and western bedrooms, for example. I loved that this venue offered wake-up service: )

I stayed at Tokachigawa Onsen Daiichi for a relaxing weekend getaway. The staff, especially Gan Ting, were friendly and attentive. The room had a great view of the bridge and the private hot tub on the balcony was a real treat. The onsen experience was authentic, and the breakfast was delicious. The field telescope for crane-watching was a unique bonus!

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, right in front of a beautiful bridge and close to a retail shop. The service and housekeeping were outstanding, and the staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived with a refreshing welcome drink. The room amenities were top-notch, with heating and air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, a mini-bar, and a comfortable sitting area. We especially enjoyed the terrace and dining table, perfect for relaxing and enjoying a meal. The hotel's spa and wellness center were incredible, with a sauna, jacuzzi, and a variety of beauty treatments. The hot springs and public baths were also a highlight of our stay. We also appreciated the free parking and 24-hour security, giving us peace of mind during our visit. we had a fantastic time at this venue and would highly recommend it to our friends.

The onsen at Tokachigawa Onsen Daiichi was truly amazing. The variety of indoor and outdoor pools, along with the saunas, made for a truly relaxing and rejuvenating experience. I especially loved the outdoor hot spring, even though the walk through the cold weather was a bit chilly. The amenities were well-maintained, and the overall ambiance was euphoric.

Along the river with beautiful scenery. Lobby and restaurants have charming, Japanese-inspired decor. Good choices of international food for dinner and breakfast. Kind and nice staff. Hot spring bath facility is good. Room has a nice view. a great experience.

Great stay in lovely location with excellent amenities. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. We particularly enjoyed the buffet dinner and Japanese breakfast, which included freshly baked bread and cakes. The private onsen was amazing, with adjustable temperature and great views of the sunset. The hotel also offered a walking trail along the riverside, which was a nice touch. a wonderful stay in an idyllic setting.

Limited English language skills among hotel staff, beyond the reception desk. This could potentially be an issue for non-Japanese speaking guests.

We loved the spacious and well-equipped spa, perfect for relaxation as a family with kids.
